Ms. Rivers is a business and corporate coach who is completing her Ph.D. dissertation on “Competency Management” and graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, Executive and Professional Coaching graduate credit certification program. She offers a broad background in business, education, and technology. She has coached thousands of senior executives and managers and is a principal at ProDev, Inc. ProSysIT® is a multi-lingual application which runs the back-end of global service firms and assists with initiative management and evaluation. ProDev also powers Coach Without Borders, Coach.MS, and Examination Institute among others. Deborah is committed to enabling others in the art and science of creating sustainable excellence.
Her leadership credits include being a member of the Global Coaching Community of Coaches committee: Selection of Coaches and Management of the Coaching Engagement, 2008 & 2010 expert member panel and
Dublin Summit participant. GCC is a global, non-partisan, non-profit forum which seeks to bring together all coaching stakeholders
(consumers, practitioners, educators, and industry bodies) to envision the future of coaching. She is a World Association of Business Coaches (WABC) Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and completed a Co-Active coaching program. Rivers is a Certified Management Consultant and ISPI Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), certified by the ISPI in evaluation and measurement, serves on the Professional Services team and is a CPT reviewer. A CPT uses a systemic approach covering a wide range of interventions which are drawn from many disciplines including, behavioral psychology, instructional systems design, organizational development, change, and human resources management. Rivers works with leading international organizations to align people, strategies, processes, and technologies towards their desired outcomes. She is a Myers-Briggs certified facilitator, Persona Global Certified consultant, Microsoft® Certified Trainer (MCT), professional member of the National Speakers Association, certified in building human resources competency models and passed the ASTD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) exam which covers coaching and eight other competency areas. She is a professional webmaster and enjoys being adjunct MIS faculty at Nova Southeastern University where she earned an MS degree in Technology. As a Miami Beach, Florida (SoBe) native she enjoys film festivals, art events, sailing, and traveling. Her home base is South Florida in the US and Berlin, Germany in Europe. Jack served as an internal and external consultant for many organizations; public, private and non-profit. He was the internal Senior Professional / Executive Coach and Organization Development Consultant for the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross, the Smithsonian Institution, and Naval Facilities Engineering Command. As an internal executive coach, organizational and change consultant, he worked with leaders and their leadership teams so that they were more effective, powerful and authentic in their actions and relationships. He coordinated and led organization development interventions, team building, strategic planning, systems change and learning, leadership development, and quality efforts with organizational leaders. Jack's clients routinely achieve significant breakthroughs and accomplishments as a result of his partnering with them. Many clients have won national or internal awards for their outstanding leadership. Some of the leadership teams he has worked with include: the Board of Directors for National Public Radio; UNC leadership team of the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration; leadership teams at the American Red Cross; The Chief (Admiral) of Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s senior leadership team; and the Under Secretary of the Smithsonian’s leadership team for Finance and Administration. Jack Johnson has numerous coaching certifications and credentials. He is a Professional Credentialed Coach with the International Coach Federation. He has two Certificates in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network (Newfield Certified Ontological Coach), a Certificate of Coaching & a Certificate of Organization Development from Georgetown University and a Certificate of Organizational Creativity and Innovation from Innovation University of which he is a Founding Fellow. Jack is also a Mentor and Program Coach with Newfield Network mentoring and training people to become professional coaches.
